Myanmar-born Chef Joseph has more than 10 years of culinary experience under his belt. 

After attending the Singapore Culinary School to master French cuisine, he started his career at one-Michelin-star restaurant, Jaan French Fine Dining. 

Chef Joseph has had an illustrious journey as a culinary expert, from learning basic cooking skills from his mother to becoming a top-grade chef under the mentorship of three-Michelin-star Chef Julien Royer.
